16 days

Oh man 16 days 'til I turn 18! Great great great. My 18th birthday and I still dont know what I wanna do, where to eat, and plan shit. Oh well hopefully when Sunshine Bianca comes back to school, she can help me sort out. Im also thinking twice about going to Prom now even though its my senior year & I already got a dress, oh me. Oh well hopefully if someone asks me, if theyd even want to.. I'd go!(: In other words, Prom can suck it. Like what me & the Best G said.. I don't care.. just give us our damn diplomas! Oh how school spirited I am aha.

Now for working out and then some. Hopefully I can start getting in shape 'cause running from Gahrs Parking Lot to the Gym / P.E. Area and getting hella whooped from it is not the buisness especially 'cause its not that far! -_-

finally spring

So now the weather is kicken in and Spring Is Heree! Too bad I got excema and now my sun allergies are coming through :( At least week got a 3 day weekend this week and Sprin Breaks finally coming up! woo woo. I should start on my list of goals though 'cause I'm super laggen and start on my research paper on Schindler. In other words, I got my Twilight DVD, woot woooot. 3 Disc Special from Target for 17.99, holla. This week however, T.I. finally was sentenced to Prison. Boo :( Cross fingers that he does well, especially helping out an old friend and all.

Hopefully this weekend I can get a move with my list of goals and maybe get this ..

long of nothing

So it's March 22 and you know what that means.. 3 more months til Maxwell turns 17! woot wooot and spring is comin thru, well its supposed to anyways lol.

Anyways, tomorrow I have school and I wish it was one of those 3 days weekends where I can sleep some extra hours especially since I haven't had a nap since Thursday :( It's all good though 'cause at least the weekend was pretty good..

Friday was the usual, schooool and all. It felt like a Thursday though so it wasn't all exciting 'til Lunch when I had to do the spelling bee! woot woot. It wasn't all great when I messed up on my workd expecially 'cause my "love of my life" was in the audience :( but it wasnt all bad. All the good came thru during 6th period. Usually I have P.E. on Fridays but Mr.Henry needed his DBQ's done for his A.P. Euro Class and I was not even half way done especially 'cause theyre like as hell and there was two boxes for me to separate -_- So Henry decided to take me and Raven outta 6th period.. woot wooot! So me and Raven got outta aerobics which was good 'cause it was hot as fuhh and I hate aerobics! So.. we ended up with the air conditioned room separting papers for Mr.Henryyy 'til 2:45 when school was over. Then after I met up with Steph and Lisa plus Stephs cousin to drop her off the dentist. After we went to Stephs house and ate some shrimp(: especially 'cause it was good friday. After chillen at Stephs for a bit, we scooped Woo-Jin at Liberty Park so Steph and WooJin can find stuff for Sadies. We went to the Swap Meet First to buy this mascara from Mexico. I know "why the heck do you want mascara from Mexico?" Well.. it works pretty bomb thanks to Cinthia & Ruth. Hella cheap too.. if you buy it Tijuana which is a dollaa. While we were looking at this beauty stand though.. Woo-Jin was hot so be bought a white vneck and then we walked around after which was a fail cause we found nothing. After since we were close to a Korean Market, we went in and we ate some of this bomb ass red stuff. I forgot what it is but its pretty bomb. It was hot and spicy but it was pretty good. We also got some sweets like these red bean balls that were like buche from the Philippines but better. Then we went to the mall and of course first stop.. forever 21 but it was a fail. Then we went to Vision where they had a bunch of new sandals and slippers but didn't buy nothaang even though they had that buy one get one 1/2 sale. Since I wanted a good eyeliner, we went to Nordstroms and first I tried to look for the MAC Hello Kitty Line and if it was still available but it was all gone :( Instead I just bought a black MAC eyeliner and I gotta say.. I loove it. We then tried some of the eyeshadows then left and went to Sephora even though Steph didn't really wanna go in. I tried to look for the yellow Sephore by OPI Im Beauty nail polish I wanted but it was sold out :( It was whatever though wasting our time trying on makeups and stuff. I kept on messing up the eyemakeup I was trying on so Im like forget it.. Im taking it off. We probably wasted at least 30 minutes there and then went to Claires and joked around about the fake colored extensions and stuff. "Oh I like this one.. Its sexy!" lmao. If only you were there. Then we walked around some more and found nothaang! And left 'cause Woo-Jin had to go all the way down to Norwalk close to the Norwalk Towne Square even though the girl only needed to talk to him for "15 minutes" I was like "Why you do you need to go all the way down to Norwalk to talk to a girl for 15 minutes? Can't you just talk on the phone?" I was also joking that he might get asked to Sadies. Anyways by the time we went there, we realized how far it was and argued with him to call us up if anything 'cause shoot man.. walking from Norwalk Town Center to the block where the Walgreens on Artesia was at? I wouldnt walk for shit. So.. we had nothang to do and we weren't sure if we were going to the Ocampos kickback so we went to Ravens instead. We went and sat there doing nothing then next thing you know.. Steph gets a phone call from Woo-Jin on how he just got asked to Sadies! Am I right or am I right? aha. Then we argued with Woo-Jin talling him how we were gonna scoop him even though we were super lagging. When we went in the car and drove, we tried to look for him and we past him which was funny 'cause when we met up with him at the Seven Eleven he was like.. "You guys left me!" lol. After we headed to the Ocampos house close to Gahr and all I gotta say is.. food and jokes. Tacos, nachos, bacon wrapped hot dogs, pancit and this bombbb ass creme cracker cake.. idk but Karen said that it came all the way from Glendale and it was bombb. Even though it was cold, it was fun kicke it with Raven, Karen, Steph, Woo-Jin, Lisa plus, Johnny, Kevin, Dylan, & Nathan for a minute. Too bad liddo miss Bianca sunshine couldn't come thru. It was also good seeing a lot of people that I haven't seen in a while. We had to leave early though 'cause Steph was super tired but since we couldn't all get dropped off, we called Karen for a ride and we met her at Gahr which we took pictures, woot wooot. It was super cold though but not bad for a Friday.

The next day was a little the same, sorta. I woke up and ate. Got ready by 12 so I can get scooped by Maureen and Kristin "Jangwidit" to go to the Wetland Clean Up for ASB in Long Beach. We tried to take our time 'cause we were supposed to meet by 1:30 and leave at 4 and we did not wanna stay long. So we tried to lagg but came early and how funny how we ended up being late 'cause our cheap asses were trying to find parking that we didnt wanna pay for! We we went all the way around but eventually said fcuk it and parked by the parking meters which we didn't pay for(: Met up with the ASB people then got split. We got the wetland part which was nooot cracken 'cause we saw 3 dead bird or eagles and someone picked up condoms and then some.. lol and I would get stuck in the damn mud! -____-* Not good at all. Oh well luckly we got to leave early! but 3(: woot woot. Sooo after me, Maureen, Jangwidit, Kristin Jang & Simone headed to 2nd street. We wanted food but we didn't leave 'cause we parked at the wrong parking meter which was for 24 mins =[ so we went to this liddo store where Juicy Couture was on sale. We didn't stay for long and we had 17 minutes on the meter but we were like whatever, and reparked where we didn't have to pay 'cause someone already payed(: wooot woot. So we walked down and Maureen took us at a store called Heavenly Couture which everything was 17.95 of below. This sundress caught my eye and even though Im not really a shopper, I had to try it on. When I did I showed Jangwidit and Maureen and told me to get it and I did. Then we waited for Kristin and Sim 'cause they walked to try to look for Rite Aid and then walked down more so they can get ice cream! I was aboout to get me a scoop but I was like.. nahh. Then it was 4 and we had to leave 'cause Sim's parents were trippen soo we drove back to Cerritos. After I got dropped off.. I had 20 minutes to get ready for Tiff's debut! My life.. So I tried to be as fast as I can and I was all trippen cause I lost my mascara :( Oh well.. Even though I got ready by 5, Quinitin was laggen and didn't come thru 'til 6. I went next door 'cause he was in front of Erics and I started to laugh on how it was so cute on how they were matching 'cause they both had grey dress shirts aha. Then we went to Best Budday Chris to scoop him up then when he went out.. I started to laugh on how he had the same tie as Eric lol. When we went inside the car, we laughed even more on how he was grey too. Thing 1, 2 and dont forget 3!(: Wen on the free way and headed to Tiffs debooboo. All four of us shared a table with Marc, Melissa, HiTen, Ricky, Darryl & Lowell. It was pretty fun, even though someone kept on joking.. well everyone aha. Tiff looked oh so pretty(:

For a conclusion to me weekend.. today I got my Hello Kitty MAC Lap Glass in Nice To Be Nice(: It wasn't what I really wanted but the lady from MAC told me it looked good and I had to buy it 'cause it was one of the last ones! The Twilight DVD that I wanted however was sold out in the Target in LakeWood Mall.. boo :(

Overall weekend was pretty good.. only if you got the money! :(

As of this week, I've been trying to keep myself pretty occupied, even though I am, what Mattchew calls me "miss.mia" still, aha. It got super hot and I am dyingg especially 'cause I got tan already and I'm barely outside! :( and I'm still tryna figure out what im going to do for my 18th birthday, my life -_- I do wanna go to Disneyland! but then again it's still to pricy to go. Since spring breaks gonna come thru in about 2 in a half weeks or so, here are some goals I gotta accomplish before hand..

In other words, I didn't really think about it until Arnel brang up about talking about my "tennis life" aha.

Even though its something that I don't even like to do, I do kinda miss tennis.. sometimes. First time I ever picked up a tennis racket and hit a ball was probably the summer before I started freshmen year. It didn't seem too long ago. I never really wanted to join tennis but I did it because of my dad and also 'cause basketball didn't really fit into my summer schedule, since I already had summer school. Not only that, I did NOT want to do PE in high school ever! If anyone thinks its easy.. it's not! Long summer practices, water water water, forever putting sunblock, running miles, through cones and suicides, going home late and most of all.. getting hungry! Suprisingly, I stayed in it my whole high school career, especially through Mr.Henry's hell! just kidding, maybe just one time though.
Even with all the years with bullshit, going to school to school, I don't wanna run, uhhh!, plus all the good laughs and times, I do miss it, especially the girls even with our little dilemmas here and there. After season ended.. all of us basically separated. If I take it back, I always remember those times like how Cindy was so reliable on anything aha, if you tell her that you got stung by a bee, she prolly believe it aha. Anitas jokes and how we always laughed when she talk about other girls on the team. Krystal when she used to be like "hey guys" and laugh. Claudia and her damn running! Stephanie with her little "Hiyas" when she tried to reach the ball. Oh I wish I can think of everything and go on and on.. Even if we were weird at times, I still love you guys. Oh how I miss season. Just not the running!

one month, more skills

It's March 16 which means.. I turn legal in one month! Oh snaps..

Usually everyone wants to turn 18 so that way they can be considered an "adult" No curfews, club, go buy ciggs, vote for the next president buy Playboy or porn go to a strip club, stay out late without getting arrested for curfew and so much more. It's not that bad but I don't wanna turn 18. I can get arrested! ]= Might have to pay taxes and did I say get arrested? lol. Even though I'm not having a debut 'cause I don't want to be all stressed out planning, inviting, learning dances and all the jazz, imma try to figure out something, 'cause I'm turning 18. Oh why me. I might be turning 18 but at least I'm still the youngest in the family. I just wish I was still a kid sometimes so I wouldn't have to worry so much -__-*


Anywhoos what I really came to blog about was about "my future & my teaching skills"
I know what you're thinking.. "Leen.. a teacher?" yeah I know.. But come to think of it.. I really want to be a teacher. If you asked me what I wanted to be 7 months ago.. I probably would say.. "I dont know" It was hard because theres many things you can do. In October though, thinking about schools to apply to what I wanted to major in, it came to me this year taking Ms.Roulette's sculpture class, being TA for Mr.Henry for the 2nd year in a row and meeting Mr.Canales & Mr.Gordon, I wanted to become a teacher. I know its not the typical nurse/pharmacist job like most filipino's do to get that $$$$ but unlike some.. I'm not really all for the money. You might think I'm crazy but im not aha. I guess I really wanted to become a teacher to teach other's better than how I was taught. Not that I had bad teachers or anything, I just want to teach so I can help inspire others just like how I was inspired to teach too.

Taking the idea fter reading Arnel's random blog and talking to him about teaching styles he wanted to use from his previous teacher, I decided what the hey, I should make a list of my old teachers and what I teaching techniques I would want to use when I become a teacher..

These are probably some of the many teacher's but I can't think of them right now! ]= Even though I didn't have a class for some of them at all, I still would like to pick up their techniques I'd wanna use someday. Hopefully, I can become a World Hisory teacher someday.. only 'cause I suck at math, I have bad english -_- & yeah.. it's always nice to learn about the world(: and also teach around high school level so I can also talk about past experiences to other teens adding to education of course. I still am thinking twice if I want to teach middle school but we'll just have to wait and see..

If you read my last blog.. I guess you can tell I was pretty upset. After talking it out with my bestG, Raven, I did feel a little better..

Even though I may seem a little crazy, hse brings out my "nice and calm" side aha. Unlike me.. at least she doesn't cuss, goes to church every sunday, not loud, not such a fatty like me and like I said "calmer" aha. And when we do argue.. we don't even know it. We're just like "Wait.. did we just have an argument?" typa friendships(: aha Gotta love her "'cause thats my best G, woo woo"

Anywhoos overall the weekend was pretty good. Friday went on a mission to buy Heather a gift for her a birthday with Bianca & Lisa at Lakewood mall and we suree bought a lot. Lipgloss set, eyeshadow, and two shirts, you know(; We wasted a lot of time though 'cause we were debating what to buy 'cause these was so much to buy! Buying stuff for ourselves was a fail even though we wanted to much especially 'cause the Forever 21 in Lakewood Mall never runs out and had way more to choose 'cause noone really shops these.. teehee.

Saturday was better than I thought. I woke up.. took a nap, got dressed than I went to Lisas to get all dolled up for Heather 18th and went to Cerritos Mall to try to find the shirts we wanted to get the day before at Lakewood but noo.. I had to ba all gone! Then instead I wanted to finally by my Hello Kitty MAC Lip Conditioner in Popster but noo... I had to be sold out too! :( So I ended up buying some slippers at Visions and now I feel I shoulda got two 'cause they had the Buy One Get One 1/2 off sale! ); After the mall, me & Lisa weren't really in the mood to go out 'cause we were tired.. especially walking around with some heels at the mall but we did end up going to Heather's 18th birthday which was pretty good being with everyone in the tennis team for once with little jokes here and there, wooo aha. After.. I was supposed to go to CUE but ended up going to Guppies with Anita, Bianca, Stephanie & Lisa to have some shaved iced. I wished I ordered me some brick toast though 'cause the smell was super bomvb and the saved iced was cold and sour! =[ Then after since me, Bianca & Lisa didn't want to go home.. We started to cruise a little at Gupoies parking lot aha.. "Drive sloow" lmao. We're losers I'll tell you. Then since we didn't know hwere to go.. we drove all the way around and wen't to S&G trying to plan where to go but eneded up staying in the car talking about you know.. "wink wink, wink wink(;* you already know. Then came home around 11:45, not tired at all so I decided to look at MAC makeup online for their Hello Kitty collection 'cause I wanted it so bad!

Next day however, woke up and took a nap until 12! 0_0 and went downstairs and figured out what to do. Since I needed a good excuse to go to LakeWood Mall, I told me dad if we can go to Costco to check it out. Left my house at 3. Went to Costco and walked around just to try the free samples.. mMmm[: Then I walked straight to Macy's but before.. I got to say hi to Jason PatrickStar & Ivy, which was pretty random but nice seeing in a while aha. It was probably a year ago since I seen Jason or Ivy.. maybe more 'cause I've been hella MIA. But it was oh so lovelyy seeing them.. even though I couldn't recognized star anymore :( especially 'cause he got taller! -___- Anyways.. I went to Macy's to check out the MAC Hello Kitty collection. When I asked the lady for the Lip Conditioner I wanted.. it was available! So I had to buy it and saw JameeBaby for a quick lookin at the MAC lipglasses aha. Hopefully she bought her lipgloss 'cause I know any girl would want it especially with Hello Kitty on it(; Then I went to Forever 21 and finally got that shirt I wanted since Friday.. double for me 'cause I wanted both of these all weekend. Now since I finally got my Hello Kitty Popster.. I'm on a mission for at least one of these..

So thinking about this whole week, staying up later because of daylight savings, and looking at some old stuff after my nap after school, I did a lot of thinking and looked backed to whatt I had before..

When I think of it now, I never thought I could be so stubborn and complain about all these things. Like what Mr.Henry told me one day inbetween "You just a little bratty daughter" Kinda fcuked up on how a teacher told me that but now when I think of it, I kinda am -___- .. especially when making my dad guilty when he gets mad at me, getting mad at people for all the wrong reasons, trying to be serious or simple little things by not eating certain foods cause it makes me sick.. Oh fcuk. I guess I got myself like this 'cause I havent been out much. Early in the year I got so occupied with school, tennis season, asb, aloras debut and other shit. I kinda wished I did take the time to at least try to spend time with some especially cause I was gone the whole damn summer.. I shouldve been the one to take the opportunity to be the one planning things out, walking 4379843823 miles, or even coulda hit em up randomly just for kicks.

Man if you only knew. "No matter what I'll always be there" now when i think of it. Fcuk that .. I never been so disappointed in so many people. I gotta admit, I know I have been super mia and all but at least I try to hit up thru text, facebook, aim or myspace once in a while. I know, I know, people change but it just sucks, really sucks. Its not like i got in a fight with them had drama or whatever but more like faded or went their separate ways. Some people get boyfriends or girlfriends, some move or leave the school, some even get new friends which is cool and all but I guess it just isnt the same. Hitting an on friend just to say hi and them not wanting to talk to you, giving excuses and stuff. Its just all bull. It hurts especially 'cause they try to go to when they really got shit but when you got shit, it's just like gibberish to them.

It also sucks 'cause all this shit happens all in a month. My aunt is sent through the hospital, my uncles dad dies, Danny, an old sia from middle school passes away, someone* finalizes his divorce and then puts shit on me on how I never him because he is out of state, & worse.. I don't get into my dream school.

I guess through all my family business and all, you always think you can look through friends right? 'Cause they "Always got your back" thats nothing anymore. I do feel thankful for the very few I got. I always got stupid stuff to complain about but I'm glad there at least there to listen. As for now, I gotta stand on my own. All I gotta say is.. "You may alwayse see me smiling, but really I got lots of shit on my belt.

I sometimes wish I can just dropout or leave the city Cerritos or even California for good. When I was on the plane on the way to Hawaii to go to the Philippines my aunt said "Living here in LA.. everyone is fake, you need to go to the East where the real people are at." And now when I think of it she IS right.



I guess that saying is true "You'll only know your true friends when in your high school" I just wanna graduate. Forget about prom. Sad but I thought of it two days ago and prolly wont even go to my senior prom. Kinda sucks but whatever. . "It aint no fun if you aint got none"

Soo.. daylight savings time came through earlier in the week and now I kinda which we had an hour ahead instead losing an hour. I've been a little late waking up which makes my hella pissed 'cause I can't even go to Starbucks or Subway in the morning which is why I've been only eating peanut butter sandwiches and little snacks instead of my big, regular meals I eat at school! I'll eventually get used to the hours so I'm not gonna even trip. Now I just have to worry on getting money because on the time when I actually need it.. I don't have much of it! ;( So now I gotta save all my money for simple things. One, I gotta buy Heather's present for her little birthday this Saturday & also next Saturday for Tiffany's debut at The Grand. Also gotta get money so I can buy a senior shirt 'cause even though I'm class Vice President & Hanny is Class President.. we don't even get one free senior shirt! Booooo! Plus I should start saving up for Sadies 'cause me & date don't got nothaang to wear, Prom which I should start dress shopping for, even if I don't think I'll even go to.. & last.. Grad Nite 'cause that shits gonna be craacken especially 'cause it's at Disneyland, so I can figure out how much money I need for all of this! -__-

Oh man, besides other seniors, to you younger ones if you only knew. Senior year is super expensive. My life, at least I haven't been into shopping since what kinnda years? 'Cause everything got sooo expensive. Oh well..

So since yesterday Bianca was too lazy to take off her own nail polish and she wanted me to do her nails.. I messed up my own nails which is a bum 'cause I didn't even get to take a picture of it for future references. It's whatever though 'cause I worked on my nails again and I did thisss..



My bad for the bad picture but.. Props to the lady from that one nail place that pissed me off! If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't start doing my own nails and lead me to this, aha[[=

Today though, even though I hate shopping, I left Mr.Henrys 1st period to watch some of my fave students outside chillen in the cold for being late and visited Gordons so I can warm up my peanut butter sandwich and also say wsup to Allie with our little small first period talks aha. Of course the question came thru, what to wear what to wear for Sadies.. she was on the computer though so we got to check out little stores that she usually shops at 'cause like I said.. I don't like shopping. We looked at Urban and then I asked a question about cardigan sweaters and where I can find one for men. Then we went on the site and looked at other clothes like mens shirts, skirts and while looking, I wanted to see the Legalize LA shirts and she said there was actually something cuter for girls and showed me this..

Cute right? Oh How I just want to get my hands on them! The muscle shirt is $16 and The shirt, which has all the city's that have American Apparel stores is $8! So you know what that means, wink wink, wink wink(;*

Now I just gotta plan a mission to either LA or a trip to The Lab so I can buy these!
First.. I gotta reserve that money though $$$$ Oh well.. not buying my daily morning meals.. I hope I got some money stashed in my wallet which reminds me.. I need a new one too! -__-

Anywhoos, I spent 6th period with her today 'cause apparently we have no cars to leave. At least we got to be posted during 6th for a bit, talking about school and you know other stuff if you know what that means, wink wink(;* aha. Have you ever watched those reality shows and questioned your self.. "Damn.. how did they end up like that?"

Well.. one day I was at Best G's house with Lisa, chillen waiting for her mom to scoop us. We were just watching tv and Raven was like.. "You know T.I's Road to Redemption? I think Mario is going to be in it." First I was like.. whos Mario 'cause of course it's been how many years since I went to middle school.. So, we decided to look at old year books and try to find him. I saw em but I didn't think of it first 'cause I never really watch tv anymore and looks at commericals closely. Yestday however.. I turned on the tv to MTV to kinda watch a little before I went out with Lisa. I fell alseep but an alarm woke me up. After turning it off.. I watched the tv and saw the commerical for T.I's Road to redemption. Looking at the picture I saw in the yearbook, remembering that I had history with him, I was like "Woooow" those faces when you get so shocked when you see something out of the blue. Then to make sure.. I went online and tried to review the previews, making sure it was him. Then I texted Raven saying.. "You are rightt!"

Anyways, from watching the commerical, now I think of what happened to everyone and where'd they go and what they've been up to now. It's kinda sad how everything just went down by the end of our 8th grade year..
